At Ferla Family Bikes, we want to ensure your family's adventures are perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your bike within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your bike to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully disassemble the bike and pack it securely in the original factory box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the large-item shipment from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the bike for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
