Our electric cargo bikes typically offer a range of 40 to 60 miles on a single charge, depending on the payload weight, terrain, and the level of pedal assist used.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
We offer specialized freight shipping across the continental US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, and all deliveries include a tracking number and insurance.
Can I return my bike if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply to all oversized freight returns.
Are Ferla bikes safe for carrying children?
